The Cyber Ventures Foundation (Stichting Cyber Ventures) aims as a non-profit organization to stimulate the development of green, virtual and open source / open content based business models and practices.

Since 1998 the Foundation has been involved in development of ecommerce business models in Europe. Currently, as ecommerce has become mainstream, attention is shifted completely to open source and open content based business models and practices.
As it is the only way to guarantee the free flow of information with regard to best business practices, software and databases. Proprietary models don't use the world community's intellectual powers to the full, have less potential to create completely clean online business practices and keeps the border between haves and have-nots intact.
